We offer joint ventures

We develop real estate projects independently or together with partners on a joint venture basis. This business model is common practice in real estate project development. It allows the pooling of financial resources and knowledge, achieving higher added value and sharing risk.

The most common forms of partnership cooperation:

• The business partner invests the land, we provide the funds for the development and construction of the real estate project, and we carry it out.
• The business partner invests the funds, we provide the appropriate project (type of property, level of investment, level of risk and desired return).
• We enter into real estate projects that are under development or construction, where the project needs a capital increase or takeover by a new partner to be successfully completed.
• We are also open to other forms of business cooperation.
